M.I.C.R.A is an acronym for Musical Integrity Creating Reliable Artist. It was the instructional entertainment baby of the late Dr. Brenda Brown and Dr. S. Scott Jones while they were the Chorus and Band Directors respectively of Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1992. M.I.C.R.A Inc. gives young, old and alike a one stop shop to musicianship, stage performance, instrumental, vocal, post and pre-production instruction nationwide. Sadly, Dr. Brenda Brown lost her long battle with liver and kidney cancer in 2015. Originally from Plainfield, New Jersey, 'Mudbone' has had the honor to share the stage with some of the most well known entertainers of our era, Roberta Flack, Gloria Estefan, Victor Willis, lead singer and founder of, The Village People, Toni Braxton and Peabo Bryson to name a few.
