Cat needs leg amputation need help.

Black cat was born disabled. Vet says he has no feeling in hips or rear legs. He dragged himself around just fine as a kitten, as he got older the drag mark turned into a sore on his right leg. He continues to urinate on the sore and just will not heal no matter what we do. We clean and bath him daily, apply bandages to no avail. Its getting worse. He is not in pain, has no feeling in the legs and gets around fine and plays with the other cats. He is very lovable and would make an excellent lap cat. We don't have the money to pay a vet, the spca wont take him. Looking for someone to adopt him and get him the help he needs.
