Back by popular demand! Hand Held Kitchen will be setting up shop outside Hudson Landing for lunch. Menu items from $5-$15. A friendly reminder to leave your packed lunch at home because Hand Held Kitchen will be here on Thursday! They'll be setting up shop outside the HudCo/Hudson Landing Building all afternoon. Homemade bread filled with locally sourced ingredients - YES, PLEASE! Come and enjoy their Cubano, classic BLT or perhaps, loaded fries? About Hand Held Kitchen "After graduating from college in the middle of 2020, a very uncertain year for us all, we decided that there was no better time to pursue our passions and open a food truck. We choose to serve sandwiches because there’s an option for everybody. More importantly it gives us an opportunity to showcase the local ingredients of our community. With Nate’s experience in restaurants over the years and Charlie’s baking expertise we are able to create a fresh and home-style sandwich that you can’t find anywhere else."
