Ethernet Run between 1st Floor and 2nd Floor

Hello, I am looking for someone that has experience running Ethernet through an existing home/townhome. The townhome is brand new. So whatever the standards are for new homes, that is what you would be working with. I would ultimately like at least one, possibly two runs from upstairs to the same downstairs location where my network controller is located. I have plenty of Cat 6 Plenum cable, but I have never done anything like this and I realize that it's a little bit out of my league. Thus, I would prefer someone with experience. Compensation is up to you (whatever makes it worth your time). I am not looking to save a buck. Just looking for a professional install. If you have questions, let me know.
