Llamaste yoga is a one hour class that utilizes slow flow yoga postures in combination with mindful visualization exercises.
This class will help you hit the reset button and tap into a deep sense of body awareness and presence as you focus on your breathing. You will move mindfully through rejuvenating poses and gentle stretches to get your blood pumping, create space, and bring it all inward for your final resting pose. This class is hybrid so you can join in person or through zoom.
