Found senior dog

My brother found a senior dog. Looks to be a Pomeranian. He was missing some teeth at least a canine from what I saw. He was hit by a car off of Madison Street Southeast and 5th Street in Albany. The car did not stop to see if your dog was okay. They just hit him and ran. He was unable to walk when he was found. We contacted the police and they took them 2 Rivers Edge Animal Hospital in North Albany. He had a collar on but no tags.
