Please join us in welcoming Edo Bites to Manhattan Village. The time has come to gather, mingle and attend in-person events once again! We’re celebrating the grand opening of Edo Bites with live music from Retrofit, sips like the Edo Spritz and Prosecco and delicious bites. Join us from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 27th to welcome Edo Bites to Manhattan Village! A sneak peak of the appetizers include Roberta’s all beef meatball, ham and brie bites, and tartufo pizzette bites. Tickets are $10 and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Soroptimist. Manhattan Village, recently redeveloped and ready to welcome locals and visitors, is bringing their foodie A-game with Edo Bites. With locations already at The Grove, Palisades Village and in Beverly Hills, Edo Bites serves fresh, Tuscan-inspired dishes. Created by Chef Edoardo Baldi, who owns the delicious e. baldi Ristorante in Beverly Hills, Edo Bites highlights simple Italian dishes made with local ingredients. Breakfast is served all day (major plus), and you can expect dishes like sweet pastries, golden waffles, breakfast branzino fish tacos and rustic wheat-seeded toast with avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Dine later in the day and take advantage of their flavorful pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches and pastas. The concept of Edo Bites is described as “more playful and younger in spirit” compared to Baldi’s Beverly Hills restaurant. And in true Italian spirit, don’t miss out on the full espresso bar!
