Packer - Weekly Pay Ludlow, MA Currently looking for Packers to fill temp to hire positions with a large manufacturing company located in Ludlow, MA. Interested Packer candidates should be interested in on-the-job training. Minimum of 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, although not required. Benefits/Compensation of the Packer position • Weekly Pay – 1st: $14.50 2nd - $15.00 3rd - $16.00 • Raise at 6 month mark. • 8 hr shift with possible overtime • Health Insurance • Paid Sick Time Responsibilities of the Packer • Assist with packaging finished goods • Visual inspection of finished product • Assist in keeping area neat & clean • Responsible for utilizing any personal protective equipment that is necessary for the task • Ensure that safety is the top priority • Diagnose & troubleshoot minor machine issues; escalate as needed • Maintain accurate production records • Complete assigned tasks in a safe & timely manner Requirements of the Packer • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Good time management skills • Must be a self-starter who can work efficiently with little supervision • Proficiency in communicating in English • 3 months experience in manufacturing preferred, not required • Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift • Ability to reach, stretch, push, pull as needed
