Independent Cleaning Contractors Needed We are looking to hire 2 to 4 experienced people or teams to clean empty rental properties. The goal is to prepare the properties for the next tenants. The work would start on approximately Thursday, May 20th and continue through June 5th. We are provided with as many properties to clean as we can handle during this period, there is not a limit to the number of hours or properties a team can do. Responsibilities Residential home cleaning - not commercial janitorial Clean kitchens, bathrooms and common areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Reliable transportation required Independent contractor provides all supplies and tools required Ability to squat, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time Dependability, honesty and integrity Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
