PLEASE READ TICKETING GUIDELINES PRIOR TO REGISTERING Guidelines to purchasing your tickets We have a great M-A community that has weathered all the ups and downs of COVID-19. We are so excited about our in-person graduation and ask that you help us and we are so pleased to be able to have an in-person graduation. Please follow the ticketing guidelines that the CDPH has set for graduations so we can have a safe graduation. Your 2 tickets must be from the same household. If your student are part of 2 households they may choose to have 1 ticket from each household. The 2 ticket reservations must be seated together in the same zone. Seats will be set up in pairs with 6' apart on all sides. Unfortunately we do not have enough space for students of 2 households to be seated separately. If you reserve more then 2 seats or 2 seats not in the same seating zone we will cancel the reservation and send you another invitation to register for tickets. SEATING MAP TIPS TO SELECTING YOUR SEATING ZONE If you want to sit near where your student is seated during graduation you can look at the map linked above to see where they are seated.If you would like to see your student receive their diploma on the stageLocate where you student will be seated. Look at the map linked above.If your student is seated on the right side of the stage they will walk up the right side ramp to the center of the stage and turn down the center ramp back to their seats. To see your student you will want to be on the left side of the stage. Zones A, B, C.If your student is seated on the left side of the stage they will walk up the left side ramp to the center of the stage and turn down the center ramp back to their seats. To see your student you will want to be on the right side of the stage. Zones AA, BB, CC. SEATING ZONE CHECK-IN INFORMATION Check-in will be at Gym Parking Lot entrance to to the baseball field/football field. Line will continue from the check-in tents down Ringwood toward Middlefield Road. Once you have checked-in you will enter the line on the baseball field. There are four seating zones. Each zone has a different check-in time. Please show up at the correct time so we can start graduation at 4:00pm sharp! Students will be seated in alphabetical order. 2:45pm to 3:00pm Zone A to AA3:00pm to 3:15pm Zone B to BB3:15pm-3:30pm Zone C to CC3:30pm – 3:45pm Zone D GRADUATION PARKING Student Parking LotMcCandless: Parking 525 Middlefield Road (Shuttle available)USGS: 345 Middlefield Road (Shuttle available)Gym parking (Handicap parking-vehicles must have a DMV issues tag displayed & VIP guests, auction winners, Superintendent, School Board, etc…) For additional information please go to www.mabearspta.org.
