Learn food & beverage recipes from Winemaker Amy LaBelle to help you host the best outdoor gathering this summer! This event is hosted at our AMHERST location. Class Recipes: - Classic Daiquiri Cocktail - French 75 Cocktail - Cheese Display (Types of Cheeses, How to Build One, etc.) - Mini Crab & Corn Cake with Mustard & White Wine Crema This class is an interactive and fun cooking demonstration! You'll be seated with your party and enjoy a sample of both recipes, as well as both cocktails throughout the session. Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining. You'll also receive a recipe card for everything taught to make it all at home! This class is suited for couples, singles, family, and friends as well as corporate colleagues. We look forward to seeing you at our next class from The Winemaker's Kitchen!
