Amy has a passion for bringing the tools of Yoga to all those in search of a sense of well being. Her classes are designed to offer students a practice that is both functional and beneficial to their daily lives. She strives to help people build 'no-pressure' and attainable goals that inspire self-care, specializing in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Both styles offer benefits to those in search of physical, mental, or emotional growth. She has a desire to make yoga inclusive for those of all levels, especially beginners. Her love and passion comes from her own personal struggles, and finding a life-changing peace from the practice of Yoga, and that same spirit resonates with every class she leads.
