Offering a class on chicken processing! Learn how to raise meat chickens from ordering from the hatchery to processing & packaging. Learn how to use a scalder & plucker to make processing easier. Learn the lost skill of how to cut up a whole chicken for cooking.
Class limited to 10 people. $50/per person and take home a whole chicken.
