Let me guide you through a multi-modality healing and wellness experience that empowers you to move stuck emotions and energy within mind, body and spirit. Creating space that allows for a truly transformative journey. HOLY Shift!! The Experience is healing amplified! My method combines healing modalities in a way that allows you to get out of your head and into your body so you can fully open up, be present and receptive to the transformative healing you are about to undertake. It's designed to make you FEEL so you can begin to heal and it can go deep. This is an experiential mind/body journey, designed to make you FEEL using intuitive movement, powerful visualization, intense music, mind-bending breathwork and healing Reiki energy. We start slow so you can open your heart and mind, giving you time to become connected to your body. You'll identify and begin to release any resistance as the intensity of the experience increases. You are working towards creating space energetically and emotionally as you move into a state of flow, a space where you can shake sh!t loose. This induces changes in you both mentally and physically. As the experience begins to slow, you will come back to earth and begin to fully integrate the shifts and transformations in your body as well as your subconscious. Allowing everything to take root in your mind, body and soul.
