Take a moment of self-care with reflection and preparation for the week ahead!
Now more than ever it is crucial to have productive tools of self-care. Journaling, group discussion, and mindfulness are accessible tools that can make a huge positive change in your life. Led by meditation and mindfulness facilitator Afeni Grace, we take a calm moment to personally and collectively reflect on the week that just passed, followed by a guided meditation with the theme of acceptance. This session is for beginner and expert meditatators alike. Feel free to join in person at Petty Thieves Brewing Co. (413 Dalton Ave), or join virtually on your phone/laptop on Zoom. The Zoom link will be provided closer to the day of the session.
