Free Live Record Store Day Sets: 130pm: Sweet Dream 3pm: Jeffrey Dean Foster 430pm: The Veldt SWEET DREAM is a North Carolina based band. In the studio, band leader Julian Creech-Pritchett writes, records, and produces everything. In live performances, he brings in jazz musicians to give the music a fresh sound every time they play. Currently in the line up are James McLaughlin on keyboards/rhythm guitar/backing vocals, Ramon Garcia on bass/bass synth, Nick Moshinski on percussion, and Julian on lead guitar/vocals. JEFFREY DEAN FOSTER: Over a rich career, spanning four decades, Jeffrey Dean Foster has slogged it out in the trenches with The Right Profile, The Carneys, and The Pinetops, and been courted by Clive Davis. He's scored an entire Angus MacLachlan film, racked up accolades from all the right magazines, and was labelmates with Whitney Houston. Now, with not much more than a pile of home recording equipment, and a raging case of cabin fever, he has produced an EP that sits proudly amongst his very best work. THE VELDT: Soul-shoegaze-alternative rock group from Raleigh & NYC (Danny Chavis, Daniel Chavis, Hayato Nakao, Marvin Levi). Previously known as Apollo Heights.
