I started a new job and unfortunately do not have the time anymore to give him as much attention as he needs. He is shy but will warm up to you as you earn his trust. I would prefer he goes to someone who already has other parakeets because he is lonely but if you have a lot of time to spend with him that is fine too! He will come with his cage if you need it, food/water trays, a couple toys, and an almost full bag of food. Small rehoming fee, shoot me an email if you want to adopt this little guy!
