Rhino Staging is an established production company specializing in the setup and tear down of concerts, conventions, and trade shows. Rhino services multiple areas nationwide and we are currently hiring in the Las Vegas market and surrounding areas. We are hiring for all positions. Individuals should have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Audio Technicians who have a strong understanding of audio signal flow, are able to patch audio snakes and mic backline equipment, experience with placing wireless mics and setting up clearcom systems, are able to patch audio amp racks, and knowledgeably assist an audio engineer. Lighting Technicians who have a strong understanding of conventional and intelligent lighting instruments, placing gels/gobos, hanging, and focusing instruments. Experience with reading lighting plots, patching dimmer racks, addressing lights, and/or operating follow spotlights is a plus. Stage Carpenters with carpentry skills in areas such as: scenic construction, flooring, soft goods, booth construction, scaffolding, and finishing. Experience with interpreting schematics and/or operating a variety of fork and aerial lifts a plus. Video Technicians who can assist in setting screens, projectors and interconnections of the video system and set up basic breakout room video systems, LCD's, tripod screens and switchers. Break Out Room Techs who should have equal experience in both audio and video applications, setting up powered speakers and audio consoles, aligning projectors and setting up fastfold screens, interconnecting audio/video tech tables, have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and display strong customer service skills. General AV Techs that have a basic knowledge of setting and striking equipment in a corporate ballroom setting as well as experienced camera operators. Wardrobe Professionals who are able to steam, launder and sew as well as assist with artist quick changes. Necessary skills include ability to do alterations, repairs and modifications. Proficiency with hand sewing kits and sewing machines required. Experience with wigs, costume design and/or tailoring is a plus. General Concert Stagehands who have basic knowledge of building and disassembling truss, hanging lights, audio arrays, running cable, scenic structures and laying deck. Conversion Techs who can set and strike staging, risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, portable flooring, and boxing rings. We are also seeking experienced High Riggers and Down Riggers to join our team. Extensive knowledge in corporate and concert stage rigging is required.
