There will be full bar service, special cocktail menu along with one of the following brunch entree options: Chiche + Waffles (Trap Box's Chicken and Waffles) Baffaoni fried hot crispy chicken on a buttermilk waffle with Mike's Hot Honey and pickled vegetables Griselda (Breakfast Cuban Quesadilla) Mojo shredded pulled pork, smoked ham, chipotle mustard , swiss cheese, Trap pickles inside of a tortilla Huevos Traperos (Vegeterian Huevos Rancheros) Fresh corn tortillas, 2 eggs, sofrito, black eggs, cilantro crema, ricotta cheese, tomatillo pico and avocado with choice of French, Yucca or Adobo Fries Launched in 2013 as EGGS OVER Yeezy, we paid homage to Kanye West's discography while enjoying breakfast for dinner. EGGS OVER has since grown to a brunch party featuring DJs and occasional themes highlighting our favorite artists and producers.
