Metcon Workouts + Bring a friend for FREE
In honor of our fallen American heroes, each Friday in March our 6 AM and 5 PM classes will feature specialty-themed MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) workouts. In our MetCon workout, you’ll improve your mobility with trainer led movements, improve cardiovascular strength with short bouts of high intensity exercises, and learn recovery techniques to help you maximize your performance. This results-based workout is designed to increase metabolic demand and energy usage, making your body more efficient even during rest.
And since everyone needs a squad to push them to their fullest potential, every Friday in May, members can bring a friend for free!
