We're looking for Truss Assemblers/Fabricators at R&K Building Supply **1st & 2nd Shift available, with night shift paid at a premium** 1st Shift 4:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Thurs and 4:00 am to 12:30 pm Fri & Sat. 2nd Shift 4:00 pm to 3:30 am Mon-Thurs and 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm Fri & Sat. **Experience is a plus, but not necessary** **Wages start between $15-$16/hour** **Felon Friendly** **Overtime**Overtime**Overtime** Apply in person at 25 W Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233. How You Will Spend Your Days as an Assembler Associate: -Assembling precut wooden parts -Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors’ instructions and blueprint specifications -Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly -Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts Assembler Requirements: -Experience. None, we are willing to train the right candidates! But it’s also great if you have construction experience -Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts - this role is active and there is exposure to the outdoor elements -Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift -Willingness. Must have the drive to learn -Teamwork. Team focused approach to work -Excellence.
