ANDOVER, MA — Andover officials warned to expect traffic beginning Monday with the return of full-time in-person learning at Andover High School.
Both the school district and the police department shared warnings that traffic would increase for the remainder of the school year.
"With 1,500 students returning, the community should expect heavy traffic during school hours," interim Superintendent Claudia Bach said. "Drivers should seek alternate routes in the mornings and afternoons until the end of the school year."
Bach also encouraged Andover Public Schools families to check their emails for information from the district on return information.
Families of Andover Public Schools students should check their email for more information from APS Interim Superintendent, Dr. Claudia Bach and AHS
Principal, Caitlin Brown for more information about arrival, dismissal, and COVID mitigationprotocols.
