Hands on position that includes order fulfillment and managing customer relations. Assist the business operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating between multiple locations. Communicate and work with multiple clients daily to ensure smooth operations. Located in Union City. • Receive and document inbound receipts, put away product, pull orders, package outbound shipments. • Pick, pack and ship orders for various clients. • Update computer systems for inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and physical inventories. • Work daily with team to maintain desired production goals and errors/omission rate. • Frequently lifts, carries, or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more when moving freight. • Typically bends stoops and crouches on a regular basis to adjust setting on machinery, reading labels or placing labels. QUALIFICATIONS Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good social and presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure Able to work effectively with minimal supervision Knowledge of handling general office equipment Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications Physical capability of standing or sitting for long hours each work day Forklift Experience not needed, but highly sought after.
