Apartment Maintenance Technician in the San Jose area Hard working self-starter needed for community in San Jose. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial. Must also be available for on-call; live within 45 minutes of the communities and have a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; and pass a criminal and DMV background check.
