Lead Maintenance Technician $21 - $23 an hour Unit after 30 days of employment Job Type Full-time Qualifications • Maintenance: 2 year (Preferred) • Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description Immediate position available for 260-unit market rate apartment community located in Campbell Compensation: $21 - $23 an hour, 3-bedroom apartment after 30 days, medical, dental, vision, 401K as well as vacation & sick. Job Responsibilities: • Supervise Staff and Contractors/Vendors in providing excellent service to residents. • Complete regular inspections of the property, maintaining safety and curb appeal. • Must be able to complete common apartment repairs including basic carpentry; plumbing; electrical; painting; vacant unit turn and general cleaning- Including but not limited to patching walls, replacing doors and door jambs, • Completing vacant unit turnover in five days or less and other apartment maintenance repairs required by this job. • Schedule and oversee all work completed by contractors. • Work directly under the Property Manager and keep them apprised of day-to-day activity. • Must be available for on-call as needed • Current valid driver's license & available vehicle and auto insurance • Minimum two years of experience as apartment maintenance technician including at least six months of supervisory experience. • Ability to express oneself clearly in English, verbally and in writing. • Must be able to pass criminal and DMV background check.
