Job Description: · Manages all daily activities of the warehouse, including cost efficiency, safety, and quality · Monitors receiving, warehouse performance, reports, storage of raw materials and finished product · Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, and planning to ensure high quality customer service and solve operational issues · Manages all activities related to inventory including cycle counts, inventory placement, and shipment · Ensures equipment is in good working order but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and production equipment · Oversee tempering of meat and staging of products for production · Ensure safety policies and procedures established by OSHA are being followed · Ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance standards established by USDA Job Requirements: · 3-6 years’ experience in warehousing · 2-5 years’ experience in a management capacity · College degree preferred · UDSA and OSHA knowledge preferred
