Pied Pale Headed Rosella

I have a sweet, very happy and healthy male 1 yr old pale headed rosella. He has red pied colorings on his head, gorgeous bird. We bought him from a bird show where the breeder let him be picked on that’s why some photos his tail feathers are short/broken off. They are almost grown back now and are a dark blue. I hate to see him go, he makes the whole house happy with his songs and chirps but we were really looking for a tamed companion bird when we got him. He is not hand tamed, we were told he was at the show, and definitely underestimated the work that needed to be done to get him comfortable with human interaction. We fell in love with him but truly believe he’d be happier with someone who doesn’t mind him just hanging out in a cage (cage not included from us but i would like to see a picture of the size you’d be placing him in). I’m not sure how he is with other birds so i don’t know how he’d do in an aviary setting but i’d imagine he’d be decent considering he is a rosella. He loves company just doesn’t really want to be held/messed with. There is a rehoming fee, if interested please tell me your experience and such as I really want him to be placed in a forever home, he deserves it. I am also open to a trade for a hand fed and tame male Indian ringneck, i’m looking for any color except green. feel free to text/email whenever if you believe he’d have a great life with you!!
