Maintenance technicians at Wimmer Communities are tasked with the important job of keeping our properties and resident’s homes in pristine condition. The schedule that you can anticipate for the Maintenance Technician position is: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. There is also an after-hours on-call rotation. What you can expect to accomplish as a Wimmer Maintenance Technician: Provide high-quality customer service for our residents Diagnose, perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, involving but not limited to the following: Electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems Plumbing to include water lines, boilers, gas and electric Water irrigation systems Gas fixtures and/or appliances where applicable Patios, stairs, railing, and gates Interior and exterior lighting fireplaces and ceiling fans Interior and exterior doors, shutters, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
