About Us: A + Onsite, LLC is an established growing company that has been family owned for 15+ years. Our company is based out of Bremerton, Washington working on residential/commercial Onsite Wastewater treatment systems throughout Kitsap, Mason & Peirce Counties. About the Position: • Full Time employment - New Hire will be trained; must be a quick study, able to perform basic duties on their own within 2 - 3 weeks. • Basic understanding of electricity and piping are a plus, (i.e.: how does a light switch turn on a light bulb/how does a mechanical float turn on a pump) • Regular schedule is Monday -- Friday, starting at 7:00am • Must be willing to work overtime when necessary • Starting pay $16.00 - $18 per hour dependent on work experience • Performance based employment, Pay and Work review after 90 days • Septic System Inspections, Maintenance and Repair • Must be self-motived able to work alone • Must be able to use hand held tools (i.e.: Battery-operated - Drills, Impact Drivers and Saws, must be able to use hand operated tools also.) • Must be able to read a map to preform route • Must be drug free and have clean driving record; New Hire will be provided a work vehicle to conduct inspection route. • When not preforming maintenance route the New Hire will work at with other team members to conduct new septic system installation as a general laborer, must be able lift 45 lbs. and must work well with others.
