Compensation: $25-$35 DOE Employment type: full-time 132nd Constructs is a General Contracting company located in south Snohomish county. Our company does residential home remodeling with a focus on kitchen and bathrooms. We are seeking an experienced and responsible construction laborer to join our team. Applicants should be self-motivated with the ability to problem solve in different situations. Applicants must have excellent time management skills and the ability to complete all tasks according to our schedule and management request. Job Responsibilities: -Ability to frame small projects -Ability to install cabinets -Ability to install trim. -Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials. -Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site. -Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. -Complete all tasks according to job descriptions for above categories. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Basic hand tools and battery-operated. -Ability to lift 60 lbs. --High school diploma or equivalent required. -Can pass a background check. -Vehicle that is reliable and ability to dry yourself.
