SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — The San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department and Foster City police helped rescue a group of baby ducks that were stuck in a drain earlier this week in the Peninsula. The fire department tweeted out a video of the rescue on Friday: Earlier this week, our firefighters responded alongside @FosterCityPD to a call to rescue baby ducks that were stuck in a drain. Thanks to their quick actions, they were able to "quack" the case and return the ducks to safety!
