Press release from the City of Rancho Santa Margarita: May 13, 2021 Join us on Monday, May 17th at 4:30 p.m. as the Mayor and City Council break ground on the City of Rancho Santa Margarita's Central Park Splash Pad. We've got our shovels – and sunscreen – ready for the official ground breaking of Rancho Santa Margarita's first Splash Pad! This very cool community amenity will make a splashing debut this summer, thanks to the RSM City Council and Micon Construction.  The Splash Pad's many water features include sprayers, bubblers, dumping buckets, and a custom-designed theme celebrating Rancho Santa Margarita's surrounding natural beauty.
