Wallet stolen with our father's ashes inside... Please help

My sister's wallet was taken from her purse in the Wynwood area of Miami. We were on our way to scatter my father's ashes, which were in a small bag inside the wallet. If anyone knows who may have it we just ask to please if you can return his ashes or at least put them somewhere he can rest in peace, somewhere beautiful in Miami as he grew up here. We know we will probably not get the wallet back but just want our father to be able to have a nice resting place. The wallet was a black studded Michael Kors wallet with roses. I know this is a longshot that the right person will see this but we are very heartbroken for our father and can forgive the theft as long as he can rest in peace.
