Electric Motorcycle Help Needed!

Im looking to hire anyone with knowledge on electric motorcycles to fix my bike. I recently was riding and lost all power to anything except my dash lights. The bike is from China and about the size of a Kawasaki Ninja 400. I will purchase any parts needed if there is faulty equipment on the bike and would like to start an hourly negotiation at $75/hour or $500 if its fixed in under 6 hours. I would prefer to keep the bike at my house as I dont have a trailer for it so we can discuss mileage fees as well. Thanks!
