Helper Wanted. I'm a landlord and real estate agent who does repair and renovation work on my own properties and for clients. Often times I could use an extra set of hands to help finish projects. I can pay $18 to $20 an hour for someone who is handy and knows how to use basic hand and power tools. This is a good gig while in college or good gig for someone looking to eventually make a career in construction, or real estate. Construction experience is a major plus. Work ethic is paramount. Must be a diligent, and hard worker. I'm looking for someone who is high energy and thinks about how to get the most done in a day with the time they have.
