Construction Lead - Project Lead Veron Builders is looking for skilled Construction Leads. Who has several years of construction experience and further skills to manage the job site, be in touch with clients and subcontractors at all times. Someone who is able to start and finish a high quality project without supervision. See the Qualifications we are looking for below: Veron Builders is a higher end Construction company located in North Boulder. We won several Awards in the last years and our team consists of several in house interior designers as well. We are a cabinet and countertop vendor and our company is always growing. Qualifications: 1. The Leader is responsible for knowing the scope of the project and communicating that scope with the rest of the guys. This involves communication with everyone on the job site. 2. Any customer makes a request for work that deviates from the original scope of the project, it is the Team Leaders responsibility to find a solution. The members of the crew are not authorized to take on any work that deviates from the original scope of the project. 3. The Lead is responsible to deliver change order information to the Office Manager for invoicing the customer. 4. It is the Construction Leads responsibility to manage budgets for reach project. Including labor, materials, supplies, subcontractors. 5.The Leads has to communicate with the subcontractors so that there is no downtime between the scheduled time they are needed and the time they actually show up. 6. the Team Leader is responsible for the overall performance of the team on the job site. 7. The Team Leader is responsible for the timely completion of the project. 8. The Team Leader is responsible for seeing what is next in the order of operations and prep the project accordingly with subcontractors and limit Home Depot runs to once a week or twice with the approval from the office. 9. The Team Leader should have communication with the client on a daily basis to inform the client of setbacks, delays, or scheduling. 10. The Team Leader needs to make sure they have all the needed scopes or packets-for- completions for the project. 11. It is the Team Leader its responsibility that all work performed by Subcontractors is done at the customer’s request, is code compliant, and functions correctly with the general layout and functionality of the project. 12. It is the Team Leaders responsibility to keep the project on schedule and if needed get approval for overtime work and weekend work from Tom or the Office to keep on schedule and stay within the budget. 13. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to make sure all Team Members are on site in Veron Builders gear and are utilizing their time efficiently and are as productive as possible. 14. It is the Team Leader’s responsibility to have all finished materials on site and order for all Subcontractors and Team Members in advance of the time that they are required for installation. 15. It is the Team Leader’s responsibility that all Team Members are accounting for their time correctly and logging in and out of T-sheets on site.
