Help the lead Instructor run the classroom. • Maintain Confidentiality • Maintain ongoing family communication. • Clean the classroom in accordance with the daily cleaning checklist. • Work on all paperwork required for the day. (Daily notes, food program forms, information board and accident/incident reports). • Follow classroom closing routine. • Assist lead instructor with implementing and maintain classroom management and schedule. • Come on your scheduled hours. Be prompt from scheduled lunches. • Attend any continuing education as well as all staff meetings. • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in your class and on the playground. Check toys and materials for damages or missing items. • Always provide service with a positive frame of mind for the ultimate care of our children. (Please leave personal matters at home). • Work with the classroom Instructor to learn how to independently run and maintain an exemplary early childhood learning environment and classroom. • Assist in any potty training /hygiene needs of all children • Assist with meal prep and serving • Assist with Drop off and Check Out
