I am looking for a roomate who would be willing to pay 1600 for two months up front for a newly remodeled, unfurnished room with axcess to a bathroom and kitchen. I need a roomate who works and would be gone most of the day. They will have there own room with a lock. A non-entitled person with a helpful good personality. This neighborhood has many kids so one who is kid friendly. You will be close to downtown and easy highway access. Someone who cleans up after themselves. Depending on if the living atmosphere the PRICE might DROP for the next month after the first two months. No background check, no deposit, no kub just a flat rate.
