Artist seeking small studio space

I need a studio space for a "starving artist", at a reasonable price? :-) I'm mature age, non smoker, looking for a small studio space, preferably Mt Pleasant SC general area, or close to it, but will consider all local areas, space approx 15x20 size, must be secure(able), have at least one window, with power. Access at least 8 til 8, but pref 24/7. I will be using the space more or less daily for my art; painting, drawing, etching/printing, and occasional reference photography. No furnishings required. No floor coverings needed. I could paint the walls if necessary. Would need sink with running water, and AC. (In window OK).
