Landscape laborer and Crew lead

We are looking to hire general labor and a crew lead position. These are full time positions and will be put on payroll General labor Must be able to lift 100lbs Must have reliable transportation and license Must have a clean record Must be reliable and punctual Must be able to rake gravel, dirt and other landscape material and use power equipment Must be able to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manor There is plenty of room for growth as well as moving up in positions based on knowledge and performance pay is also based on experience. Starting pay for laborer is $15.00hr and can increase based on performance. Bonuses and vacation pay after probation period. Crew lead This position is a working position where you will perform all duties on a job site along side crew members. Must be able to do all of the following above and much more. A crew lead will be in charge of multiple people on a job site to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner and as safe as possible. This position is NOT a entry level position. Experience is a must and pay will be based on performance. Must be able to drive a 1ton truck and dump trailer proficiently Must be able to operate and be very proficient in all heavy equipment such as, skid steers, mini skids, excavator, and other equipment like that. You will be the project managers right hand man. So being punctual and trustworthy is a must. This company offers great incentives and future growth for higher pay and bigger bonuses.
