Need to RENT split level/or rancher house

Landlords / Investors: I am searching for a house to rent for MYSELF and my son. (I do not have a house to rent out.) I am currently living in a three bedroom end of group home with a large fenced yard. Very nice home that I have been in for 13 years, but my landlord is selling to move out of state. I really want to stay here, but if the new buyer does not want to rent it out.... I will therefore be looking for a SPLIT LEVEL HOME RENTAL....with a finished basement and a large ⭐FENCED YARD⭐ ( FENCED is a must.) I have a young grandchild that occassionally visits. For my grandchild's safe playtime outdoors, I need a fenced yard. 🙂👍 Also, I have 2 small dogs. They are house broken, well trained, and are not prone to barking. I have taken alot of time and energy to properly train them. 👍👍 Or, I would like to rent a RANCHER style home, all on ONE floor, with a finished basement. Garage is a plus.👍 ( Not at all interested in Old Dundalk area.) I really like the Greater Dundalk area.....Bear Creek Park🌲🌱 area, Merritt Blvd., Wise Ave area, etc. 🙂 Looking for July 1st.
