Need construction plan drawn for build out

I am planning on having a 20x48 room built inside my commercial space. I need professional plans drawn so I can get a building permit. The space will have one diving wall running down the center and also needs to have a self supporting ceiling that can bear the load of a person installing hvac. 10 feet high ceiling, each partition with its own door, and drywall for the interior only.
