General Handyman - Do it ALL Type Person Needed

Hello, my name is Tony. I recently moved into a new (to me) home, and I have many small, medium & large projects around the house that need to be done. I don't have the time to complete them ALL by myself, so looking for someone who can be my right-hand-handy-man. Basically, looking for someone who has experience with any general task that comes along with home maintenance & ownership. If you've owned a home for 5-10 years and you're somewhat handy, odds are you've done many of these things already. And even if you haven't, I'm pretty handy myself and can inform and/or direct you on what needs to be done. Looking to have someone start immediately. This is pretty steady work for the next few months. Will probably have 30-40 hours of work available for at least the next 2-3 weeks. Then will likely go to 20-30 hours per week for another month, but will likely be longer as new projects come up. Willing to pay $20-$30 per hour depending on skill level. Possibly more if it's a highly skilled task. ****I PAY CASH**** The projects range from: small cabinetry work landscaping screwing in lightbulbs assembling outdoor kids play set replacing ceiling fans putting epoxy flooring down in garage resurfacing concrete pad shoveling gravel interior baseboard work planting bushes/plants power washing driveway interior & exterior painting routing coax cable in home cleaning out garage arranging firepit stone pavers hanging curtains & blinds moving furniture assembling small furniture hanging pictures installing wood shelves on wall replacing internals for a toilet occasionally mowing lawn & yardwork ***basic plumbing knowledge a plus*** ***basic electrical knowledge a plus*** ***basic drywall knowledge a plus*** ***basic woodworking knowledge a plus*** Did I mention that I pay *CASH*
