Immediate Opening for Experienced Mow Crew Supervisor Austin’s Lawn Care & Landscaping, LLC, located in Shawnee, Kansas of rapidly growing Johnson County, seeks a full-time team member to supervise our mowing projects and mowing crew team members. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in mowing commercial and residential accounts. The right candidate will have an ambitious appetite for company advancement and leadership. Effective leadership skills are a plus. Experience as a supervisor is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have a good driving record, valid license and qualify to be added to our driver’s insurance. Dependable transportation to and from our work office is a must. Typical hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary for this position ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience level.
