American roots music trio. Guitar sound; flat top/arch top acoustic & 8 string steel guitar. electric bass, hybrid small drum kit, brushes, some hand drums. The songs are traditional and original. The lead singing is strong. The beat/rhythm sound is centered around a more bass and drums groove driving the audience connection, more akin to roots rock and world beat, compared to the old timey, blue grass derived drummerless rhythm section with bass playing 1-5 bass lines in the string band rhythm section approach.
