Overview The golf course section man has a diverse amount of responsibilities while maintaining a number of designated golf holes. Functions Walk/mow greens daily using Jacobsen Eclipse 22” mowers (repair ball marks). Rake bunkers by hand each morning with a spring action leaf rake. Edge and maintain bunker edges, faces, and slopes in artistic fashion. Trim and edge cart path edges. Trim around trees. Blow off cart paths and remove debris. Maintain sand density, depth, and compaction of bunkers. Clean and edge sprinkler heads on all surfaces; includes valve boxes, irrigation controllers, quick couplers, fence lines, OB stakes, and hazard stakes. Maintain low growing branches, tree suckers, bushes and brush in designated section. Maintain horse trail edges on golf course side by keeping chips on the horse trail. Blow and clean debris around greens and tees. Maintain equipment and transportation vehicle in a clean and organized manner. Four (4) full-time positions and one (1) part-time position available.
