Weekends Only Oil Painting Studio Needed

I'm a Rhode Island School of Design trained artist in her mid 50s, and I need studio space for oil painting on weekends only, often just one day per weekend, but sometimes two. The space needs to have room for one large-ish studio easel, a couple small tables for holding my palette & brushes, and a sink for brush cleaning. Ideally it should have high ceilings, for glare free lighting, and good ventilation. I'm looking for something near where I live, in the Hillsdale area, but anywhere between here and Hillsboro - where I work - would be doable. Ideally I'd like to rent with someone who has a studio space but tends to only work weekdays, and wouldn't mind earning a little extra money for weekend use. I need to pay $100 monthly or less. I'm respectful and neat, and can supply references. I'd also be happy to share samples if my work if anyone's interested!
