We are an expanding contract cleaning company that is looking for energetic individuals to fill Site Supervisor and Manager roles within our company. An excellent candidate will have the desire and ability to build and lead his or her team to achieve specified outcomes. This person will be responsible for supervising a cleaning staff at a specific large facility. This may include interviewing, training, inspecting, performing floor care, cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Individuals must be able to ensure proper service delivery according to specifications, and be good at working with people, communicating with customers, administering paperwork, and have a can do, positive attitude. The position may include weekend work. 2 years prior supervisory or management experience required.
