Does anyone have a spare spay/neuter voucher?

I rescued a stray female, senior Boxer off the streets recently. She was very skinny and had obviously been dumped. Judging by her appearance, I'm quite sure she had been used as a "breeder" and is not spayed. I've had her about a month and she's gained weight and is much happier. I'd like to get her spayed. Does anyone have a Maricopa County free spay/neuter voucher that they hand out once a month that you could spare? It would be greatly appreciated. I'm located in the East Valley.
