Since 1976 Holland Waterproofing has specialized in providing reliable waterproofing solutions for both new and existing commercial and residential projects. Projects ranging from custom homes, hospitals, university tech building & stadiums, water & sewage treatment facilities, high-rise office buildings, prisons and mining sites have been successfully completed with the expertise and knowledge from many years of experience. Willing to train in performing our specialties… Our specialties include: • Caulking and sealants • Below grade waterproofing • High traffic systems • Exterior building air barriers • Expansion joints • Insulation and industrial flooring and wall finishes Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Reading and interpreting blueprints. • Helps maintain project schedule by performing and monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. • Project planning by reviewing design, specifications, plan/ schedule changes, and recommending actions. • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information, and recommending actions. Qualifications • 5 yrs. relevant experience in construction industry. • Osha 10 • Aerial Platform Operator Certification. • Ability to work and adapt to multiple projects. • High School Diploma. • Required to have a valid Driver’s License and transportation. • Required to pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check. • Personal Tools Benefits • $20-$25 Hourly pay DOE. • Prevailing Wage fringe benefits are paid to employees. • 401K+Match • Potential for Paid Time Off • Professional development and training opportunities • Team environment that promotes individual growth Travel: Holland Waterproofing works outside the Reno/Tahoe area. Compensation will be given for travel as follows. 60 miles from office - $10/day Over 60 miles from office – Drive time at $10/hr unless driving personal vehicle. When using personal vehicle regular wage paid to one vehicle. $20/day per diem. Hotel lodging.
